The "windscreen conversion" involves next to nothing.. wouldn't worry about it as you'll have to pull out the old windscreen either way and thats by far the hardest bit..

Is the rear interior still available?

I'll double check for you mate. Easy fix to make it work either way anyway :) And yeah, the elements are tough to see so not an issue. :)
