seat belt won't retract

As mentioned some times it does some times really slow;
problem is it's drivers side so I'm bit concern about it.

is there anyway i can fix it or where i can get Brand new set ?

i found klippan sell whole kit but their part numbers is for AE85....

is there difference in AE86 seat belts & AE85?

i just Oder one set form Autobarn; whether it's ADR or not i don't have a much choice..... cause Toyota discontinued genuine ones,
or i have to send my old set to get it fixed.

i really don't care about ADR as longs as it's proper seat belt kit.

if vic roads pull me over Seat-belts might be my least worry........ :p

Klippan Australia went bankrupt, so there is no more klippan in Australia.

it took over by APV-s they make seat belts with old Klippan part numbers; they Australian made and they are 100% ADR approved.
i got mine yesterday .
